For prototyping or low volume production,
the modular FRITSCH LM systems are ideal
partners. With thise systems, the pick&place
process can be implemented. There is an
LM system, that can even assemble Chip,
SO- and FP components.

CAD data importation. Pick and Place
positions are displayed as well as component
information. This ensures a flexible and
secure pick and place process.
